What we do provide
We perform the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Third parties make their own decisions, and content that is removed or de-indexed may later reappear for reasons outside our control.
Refunds
Once work has commenced, all fees are non-refundable, except where repayment is required by applicable law. A refusal, delay or non-response by Google, a publisher or any other third party does not create an entitlement to a refund.
Who you contract with
Services are provided by Reputation Shield Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14985187), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (the "Company", "we", "us").
All contracts are made exclusively with Reputation Shield Ltd. Directors, employees, agents and representatives act only on behalf of the Company and do not assume personal contractual liability. No personal guarantee is given by any individual.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
